Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. The role offers flexible hours, remote work, and weekly payments with incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and explain issues in English.
• Rate outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and provide written explanations.
