Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what looked off, all from home and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include spotting issues in audio, video, and visuals, and writing concise explanations in English that point to observed flaws. Payment is weekly with incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio/video misalignment.
• Writing specific explanations in English citing what was seen or heard.
