Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating adherence, quality and realism, and writing clear explanations in English. Ideal candidates have strong written communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to decide when both options have flaws. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, motion inconsistencies, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit explanations in English.
