Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and prompt adherence, and explain issues in writing. Remote work with flexible hours, paid weekly.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, spotting artifacts, and writing concise explanations. You will contribute to improving AI systems through rigorous evaluation from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English with clear writing and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable articulating decisions when alternatives have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
