Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

As part of the role, you’ll evaluate how well outputs follow prompts, rate them on adherence, quality and realism, and write concise explanations in English. Flexible hours and remote work offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion or audio mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was observed.
