Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree program in communications, organizational psychology, business, marketing, public relations, human resources, or a related field with a 2.8 GPA (4.0 scale).
• Experience supporting communication or change-related projects is helpful but not required.
• Leadership roles, event coordination, or student organizations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver communication materials for AI projects, including email announcements, newsletters, posts, presentations, and infographics.
• Develop change management artifacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, and adoption metrics.
• Maintain the AI Communications content calendar and coordinate messaging across units.
• Translate upcoming AI initiatives into clear, audience-focused communications with stakeholders.
• Produce user-friendly guides explaining new AI tools, processes, or workflows.
• Highlight employee success stories and adoption journeys in internal storytelling.
• Gather employee feedback to improve communications and materials.
• Support town halls, roadshows, webinars, and other engagement activities.
• Track communications effectiveness and refine messaging based on insights.
• Coordinate incoming communications and change requests.
