Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communications across formats.
• Ability to build structured processes and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows for complex projects.
• Experience turning AI into repeatable content workflows.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design, and develop multi-format content that tells Antora’s story to customers, investors, policymakers, and talent.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to create, design, and repurpose content and marketing collateral.
• Create a centralized knowledge management system for talking points, stats, milestones, and proofs with AI tools.
• Audit and organize existing content, media, and visual assets into a searchable, tagged system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, recruiting, policy, and technical teams to ensure accuracy.
• Document all workflows, tools, and processes for future use.
