Entergy Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Communications / Organizational Change Management Intern to help develop and deliver clear, engaging AI-related communications across the organization. You will translate complex AI changes into audience-friendly messaging and guides, supporting change initiatives and adoption efforts.

The role supports creation of materials, calendars, and engagement activities, with a focus on employee understanding and positive AI impact.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
• Interest in organizational change, employee engagement, and communication strategy.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Comfort learning new technologies and working with AI content.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (PowerPoint, Canva) is helpful.
• Passion for emerging technologies, digital transformation, or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of communication materials for AI projects, including email announcements, newsletters, SharePoint posts, presentations, and infographics.
• Assist in developing change management artifacts, such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, and adoption metrics summaries.
• Help maintain the AI Communications content calendar and coordinate messaging across business units.
• Partner with OCM, project, and technical teams to understand upcoming AI initiatives and translate them into clear, appropriate communication pieces.
• Assist in producing user-friendly guides that explain new AI tools, processes, or workflows.
• Help develop internal storytelling that highlights employee success stories, adoption journeys, and positive impacts of AI.
• Gather feedback from employees and business teams to improve communications and change materials.
• Support logistics and content creation for town halls, roadshows, webinars, and other engagement activities.
• Assist with tracking communications effectiveness and helping improve messaging based on insights.
• Provide coordination support for incoming communications and change requests.
