Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Summer Intern - Digital/AI Transformation in Herndon, VA to drive digital workplace change. You will support change communications, stakeholder alignment, and strategy with a focus on AI tools integration.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing leadership visuals, and facilitating workshops. Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/AI/IT degrees, with knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Coursework or minor in Business Administration, Organizational Change, Communications, or Technology Strategy preferred.
• Demonstrated academic or project experience in CS and AI; experience organizing events/workshops.
• Must have demonstrated ability to work with Scrum and SAFe for digital products development.
• Fluency in English required; French/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send change communications and invitation emails for events/workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for engagement events and gather user feedback.
• Serve as a strategic partner in planning change management initiatives and prepare leadership visuals.
• Bridge communications between change management, digital, and tech teams to align on product development.
