• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and AI-driven opportunities.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, and tradeoffs with outcomes in mind.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules for recommendations.
