CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change team and seeking a Product Manager to guide discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will lead user research, own the squad backlog, and collaborate with data science to define model logic and rules.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, defining metrics for efficiency and adoption, and presenting decisions to senior leadership. 40-hour weeks; full-time in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML/analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery with claims processors and ops teams to understand workflows and friction points.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements and set priorities.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and product rules.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, decision quality, and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operations partners.
