Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You’ll own end-to-end product management for a focused squad, coordinating with data scientists, engineers, UX, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.

You’ll conduct user research with claims processors, translate workflows into buildable requirements, and define success metrics tied to efficiency and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML/analytics-powered products.
• 2+ years conducting user research and translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years strong verbal and written communication, able to present decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for a focused delivery squad from discovery to launch.
• Own the squad backlog and sprint delivery, write requirements, set priorities, manage scope.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and validation criteria.
