Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Change Management & AI Enablement Specialist in Pittsburgh to lead employee adoption of AI initiatives and enterprise transformation. You will partner with business leaders, HR, IT, and learning teams to shape change strategies, communications, and leadership readiness.

You’ll drive adoption, measure impact, and build networks to sustain new behaviors, ensuring value from AI-driven programs across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years in change, PM, HR, consulting, or digital transformation.
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
Curiosity about AI technologies and business applications.
Strong project coordination and multi-priority management.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities
