Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in change management or transformation
• Experience leading enterprise programs with stakeholder alignment and adoption measurement
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-specific messages
• Knowledge of responsible AI adoption, governance, privacy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives
• Lead AI change management and responsible adoption efforts, including governance considerations
• Identify stakeholder groups across functions and facilitate engagement sessions
• Assess current-state impacts, readiness, and mitigation actions
• Integrate change management activities into agile delivery and product development
• Define adoption metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting
• Support sustainment, continuous improvement, and post-implementation reinforcement
