You will work in the AI Enablement Team, conducting discovery sessions, evaluating tools, documenting requirements, and delivering training through workshops and office hours. This role emphasizes hands-on engagement and collaboration campus-wide to ensure sustainable AI use.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in product or service delivery, ideally in a university or technical environment.
• Experience supporting AI tool rollouts and adoption efforts.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify AI where it can help across campus.
• Discover and evaluate new AI tools and document workflows and requirements.
• Guide teams through adoption and develop training programs.
• Run workshops, host office hours, and mentor colleagues seeking skills.
• Build infrastructure for sustainable adoption with documentation and metrics.
