Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a seasoned Change Management leader to drive enterprise adoption of its Data & AI platform. You will define governance, build adoption roadmaps, and collaborate with executives to ensure strategic alignment and measurable value realization.

You will lead cross-functional programs across business units and regions, develop stakeholder readiness, and create scalable communications and enablement strategies to accelerate transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier's unified Data & AI platform.
• Build and execute a comprehensive organizational change program that spans business functions, regions, and technology teams.
• Establish adoption frameworks that drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilization.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks.
• Create sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness.
• Develop executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, business updates, and communication toolkits.
• Drive active and visible sponsorship across executive leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and outcomes.
