Job summary

AVANGRID Management Company, LLC. seeks a Lead, AI Change Management to drive transformation change activities enabling broad adoption of digital, data, and AI ways of working across the utility enterprise.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, People & Organization, Communications, Legal/Compliance, and IT to assess impacts, design adoption strategies, and ensure sustainable value realization with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in leading organizational change, transformation, or enterprise program delivery.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional transformation initiatives with stakeholder alignment, communications, training, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross‑functional workshops and translate complex transformation topics into clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, including digital, data, and AI programs.
• Lead AI change management and responsible adoption, covering role-based impacts, governance, privacy, security, and model limitations.
• Identify and manage stakeholder groups across operations, IT, HR, legal/compliance, and leadership; drive readiness discussions and adoption campaigns.
• Assess current processes and operating models to inform readiness plans, mitigation actions, and sustainment approaches.
• Define adoption metrics, readiness dashboards, and executive reporting to connect activity to business value.
