The Ross IT Department provides the Michigan Ross community with a comprehensive suite of technologies, web-based business solutions, and support to help our shared instructional, research, administrative and service missions. The Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between partners and technical teams, implementing technology solutions that improve business operations and customer experiences. This position partners with departments across the Ross School of Business to understand challenges, analyze processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, data, analytics and new solutions. The Business Systems Analyst guides technology projects from concept through implementation. You will work with application developers, project managers, architects, security teams and University partners to provide secure and sustainable solutions that align with institutional priorities. You will report to the Director of Application Services.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on site. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.

The salary offer range for this position is $68,500 to $88,300. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
