Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience building AI products in a professional setting
• Proficient in Python and SQL/Postgres
• Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic models; training models a plus
• Exposure to deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with NLP and ML techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI engineers in the development and implementation of AI solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design AI solutions
• Develop and maintain AI models, algorithms, and software components
• Conduct research and stay updated on AI advancements
• Build AI applications/agents with LangChain and LangGraph
• Ensure quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation
