RONDS in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy professional to join as one of our first 10 U.S. team members. You will help build our American business and work directly with senior leadership to scale operations.

Key responsibilities include leveraging AI to identify markets, deploying AI agents for outreach, and coordinating with engineering for technical inquiries. Opportunity for rapid growth as the company expands in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and automated workflows.
• Outgoing, energetic, positive, and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to learn industrial technologies, technical support, and business development.
• Technical, engineering, or business background preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Market Development: Leverage AI tools and AI agents to identify potential customers, develop new markets, and improve sales efficiency.
• AI Agent Development: Build, deploy, and manage AI agents and automated workflows for lead generation, market research, customer outreach, and business operations.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Communicate with potential customers and partners, participate in meetings, and support business development activities.
• Technical Support: Learn our products and solutions, assist with technical inquiries, and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, technical guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources.
• Strategic Projects: Work directly with the VP on business expansion and special initiatives.
