MICH AI is seeking a hungry Sales Representative to join our US sales team in San Jose. You will drive new pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and support closing enterprise deals across North America.

This ground-floor role offers exposure to frontline enterprise AI sales, collaboration with senior teams, and the opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Willingness to make cold calls and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Gatos 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers (IT Directors, CIOs, Operations Managers, Plant Managers) at target accounts.
• Conduct market research to map potential customers in manufacturing, biotech, finance, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare and present sales reports, weekly pipeline updates, and market intelligence summaries to leadership.
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations using MICH's solution decks and demo environments.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales and technical teams to advance deals through the pipeline.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen MICH's positioning.
• Support ad hoc sales projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
