• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technology field.

• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Chatbot Configuration: Design, test, and deploy conversational workflows within ServiceNow or Compucom portal to help resolve routine SAP inquiries automatically.
• Ticket Data Analysis: Review historical ServiceNow logs to uncover frequent SAP issues, bottlenecks, and root causes; suggest knowledge articles.
• AI Tool Integration: Assist in linking SAP data streams with ServiceNow/Compucom AI capabilities to automate ticket categorization and routing.
• Self-Service Knowledge Building: Author clear knowledge articles within ServiceNow to fuel chatbot responses.
• Metrics Tracking & Reporting: Audit dashboards and recommend enhancements to track ticket deflection and chatbot accuracy.
