Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n/Make.com/Zapier).
Python scripting and API data handling.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
Design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using no-code, low-code, or scripted solutions.
Connect internal business systems (CRM, shared drives, forms, reporting tools) to AI platforms.
Train and support teams across the company on using AI tools in their daily work.
Keep data clean in core business systems so automations run on reliable data.
Document automation projects & workflows for internal knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot & optimize existing automations as business needs change.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance & Marketing to scope new automation opportunities.
