Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer in Columbus, OH to design and deploy agentic AI workflows across enterprise environments. You will partner with clients to define use cases, prototype solutions, and integrate AI platforms with cloud-native architectures.

The role requires cloud-native engineering experience, hands-on agentic design, and collaboration with stakeholders. Hybrid office presence in Columbus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• 1+ year experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) or similar tools.
• 3+ years building 12-factor apps with Python/Java; IaC with Terraform/Helm.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases with client stakeholders and prototype agentic workflows.
• Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval and orchestration.
• Develop and extend AI provider integrations (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
• Implement resilient, testable agentic workflows for production.
• Own deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of services in production.
• Tailor agentic apps across industries by mapping business workflows.
