Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong technical communication and the ability to ask good questions to surface reliable solutions.
Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based or agentic systems.
Experience APIs and event-driven or messaging patterns.
Experience delivering solutions on a major cloud platform (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to evaluate agent landscapes, APIs, data sources, and processes.
Identify technologies and patterns to enable scalable agentic capabilities.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions and reference implementations.
Spend 20% of time learning latest agentic tools and frameworks.
Translate learnings into guidance to accelerate team adoption.
