Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Platform expert to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations. The role will focus on identifying prioritized use cases, defining the architecture and decision framework, designing integrated solutions, and establishing AI operating model and governance.

Responsibilities

• Good exposure on ServiceNow AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow data fabric.
• Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations.
• Define architecture and decision framework for: Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks.
• Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution.
• Drive implementation of AI‑assisted and autonomous workflows, knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation.
• Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support).

Salary and Compensation

$130,000‑$150,000 a year
