This client-facing role sits within the Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE) and focuses on assessing data maturity, prioritising AI opportunities, and delivering practical AI roadmaps for real estate client accounts.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of BI tooling such as Tableau and Power BI, paired with Databricks for data evaluation

Qualifications

• Client-facing consultancy role within the Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and define a practical roadmap for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engage account leadership and stakeholders to understand business objectives and data maturity.
• Conduct AI opportunity assessments across accounts to deliver measurable value.
• Define and present AI adoption roadmaps aligned to client data readiness and resourcing.
• Translate AI opportunities into briefs and designs for CoE delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary AI subject matter expert guiding feasibility vs. reality for clients.
