Job summary

Umanist NA in the United States is seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales, client discovery, and deal strategy across Manufacturing/AgTech. You will develop Generative AI demos, advise executives on data modernization, and shape ROI models.

The role involves collaborating with architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to create industry-specific offerings, accelerators, and reusable solutions, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or practice leadership.
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics solution pre-sales and complex deal cycles.
• Hands-on expertise in building Generative AI and Agentic AI demos, prototypes, and POCs.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, predictive modeling, document intelligence, and AI automation.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, distributed systems, containers, and orchestration technologies.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Manufacturing and/or AgTech domain experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Analytics pre-sales, client discovery, solution consulting, and deal strategy.
• Personally develop Generative AI and Agentic AI demos, prototypes, and POCs.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption, data modernization, and automation.
• Lead AI workshops, solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and ROI models.
• Develop industry-specific AI offerings, accelerators, and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to shape client solutions.
