Job summary

Tavant is seeking a Senior AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Leader to drive growth across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance. This role requires owning the technical win, credibly engaging with client executives, shaping solutions, and delivering engaging GenAI demos and PoCs.

You will partner with architects, data scientists, engineering, MLOps, and DataOps teams to accelerate AI adoption, modernize data platforms, and craft compelling, deployable AI strategies.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting leadership.
• Proven success supporting complex Data, Analytics & AI deals.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and AI architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• BFSI industry experience preferred.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, solution strategy, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and win strategy.
• Build hands-on GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI automation demos and PoCs.
• Advise executives on AI adoption and data-platform modernization.
• Facilitate AI strategy workshops and identify high-value use cases.
• Partner with architects, data scientists, engineering, MLOps, and DataOps teams.
• Shape BFSI-specific offerings, accelerators, and reusable IP.
