Job summary

Umanist NA seeks an experienced AI pre-sales leader to drive client discovery, solution consulting, and deal strategy in Manufacturing / AgTech. You will personally develop Generative AI and Agentic AI demos, prototypes, and POCs, and advise executives on AI adoption, data modernization, and automation.

You will lead workshops, RFP/RFI responses, ROI models, and create reusable AI accelerators. Collaboration with architects, data scientists, and engineering teams is essential to shape client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics pre-sales and complex deal cycles.
• Hands-on expertise in building Generative AI and Agentic AI demos, prototypes, and POCs.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, predictive modeling, document intelligence, and AI automation.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, distributed systems, containers, and orchestration tech.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Manufacturing and/or AgTech domain experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
