Programmers.ai is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead technical pre-sales, design scalable AI solutions, and consult with clients. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and client stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI prototypes and proposals.

The role requires deep Generative AI knowledge, experience with RAG and AI agent architectures, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives while shaping winning proposals and ROI-focused outcomes.

• Strong client engagement and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with effort estimation and proposal development.

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and Sales.
• Design AI solutions, PoC scope, architecture, timelines, and requirements.
• Estimate project effort, delivery costs, resource needs, and timelines.
• Develop technical solution proposals and client presentations.
• Lead AI Discovery and Roadmap engagements with clients.
• Present AI solutions to executives and business leaders.
• Establish credibility and differentiate capabilities from competitors.
• Share solution patterns and accelerators with Engineering Leads.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and recommend fit based on business needs.
