Job summary

Customer.io is seeking a Product Manager to improve how customers experience their first weeks with us. You will own a defined slice of the self-serve journey, with data, experimentation, and cross-functional partners to move it.

Own the product experience of our AI agent, working with the agent team to make it first-class and competitive. Find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience PMing an agentic experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product experience of our AI agent and work with the agent team to make it first-class and competitive.
• Find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
• Partner with Marketing, CX, and Design to ensure success across all touchpoints.
