Job summary

Ande is seeking a product manager to own end-to-end AI agent experiences, from first interaction to successful outcomes. You will design quality metrics, evaluation loops, and the division of labor between agents and humans, driving improvements weekly at scale.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering and operations, shaping the roadmap for agentic products and applying prompt engineering and context-handling expertise to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping agentic workflows.
• Deep familiarity with production patterns for agentic systems.
• Ability to design evaluation loops, guardrails, and feedback mechanisms.
• Empirical mindset: you measure quality and learn from transcripts.
• Strong technical fluency: prompts, context handling, and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience with AI agents from first interaction to final outcome.
• Define evaluation frameworks, metrics, and quality standards for production agents.
• Balance automation with human judgment in workflows where appropriate.
• Build and refine the improvement engine to increase agent quality over time.
• Define, prioritize, and ship the roadmap for agentic product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship enhancements quickly and make quality visible.
• Coordinate with operations to align agent workflows with real business processes.
• Partner with PMs across groups since agents touch many customer journeys.
• Stay current on new agentic patterns, research, and industry signals.
