Job summary

TLDR.tech is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead AI-native product initiatives and reimagine how the company operates using agents. You will join our Applied AI team and work with engineers to turn human-in-the-loop processes into reliable agent-based workflows.

You will partner with Strategy & Ops to define the agentic version of processes, drive adoption, and own outcomes from day one with telemetry and impact across the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows with LLMs or agents.
• Nice to have: productizing internal processes and working with GTM.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine how the company should run in an AI-native world, focusing on improving processes as models improve.
• Reimplement human-in-the-loop processes as reliable agent-based teammates.
• Partner with engineers on the software factory to enable self-deploying specs.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Ops to design the agentic version of processes.
