Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Product Manager for its AI agents to own what each agent is for and keep it pointed at useful work. You will translate client needs into concrete agent requirements, working closely with product and engineering to evolve the system over time.

You will sit between client needs and the agentic system, ensuring prompts, delegation, and boundaries are precise while delivering measurable improvements and value to brands, creators, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related role
• Strong business judgment: identify leverage and ROI
• Deep understanding of customers and turning needs into clear requirements
• Evidence-driven, analytical mindset to read run histories and prioritize by impact
• Enough technical fluency to prototype and collaborate with engineers on agent design

Responsibilities

• Deep dive with customer teams to understand processes and problems and decide where to plug in agents for impact
• Own and understand customer needs behind each agent and convert into clear requirements and priorities
• Garden agents against gaps, quality drift, and delegation issues
• Own prompt and document quality, delegation shape, and agent boundaries with high precision
• Help shape the agent orchestration system and identify flaws or missing capabilities
• Triage the improvement queue and route gaps to engineering or product owners
• Collaborate with clients, product, and engineering to ensure agents have the right scope and tools
