Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Salesforce/Litify specialist to design and maintain advanced agentic flows for demo and trial environments. You will collaborate with Sales and Success to tailor Trial Objectives, configure AI prompt libraries, and guide LSAP and Customer Success teams through complex demonstrations.

The role requires deep Salesforce administration knowledge, multiple certifications, and strong communication skills to manage multi-customer trials and speedy responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and Litify software.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce Automations.
• Strong Flow knowledge, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and configuring third-party Lightning components.
• Project Management experience with complex projects, stakeholder expectations, scope, time, and budgetary constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to discuss complex technical topics with varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously and provide fast responses for AI/Agentic free trials.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced agentic flows in demo and trial environments.
• Collaborate on pre-trial calls to identify client-specific workflows and autonomous agents.
• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and autonomous workflows during trial setup.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers on custom demo flows and updates.
• Troubleshoot permission issues, perform testing, and support trial check-ins.
• Optimize trials for product adoption.
• Lead workflow customizations after rollout to support client retention.
• Develop internal and external AI and Agent documentation.
• Develop and deliver ongoing Agentic training to LSAP and Customer Success.

• Build and maintain advanced agentic flows in demo and trial environments, including Policy Agents, Damages Assistants, and Litigation Agents


• Collaborate with sales and success teams on pre-trial “Trial Objectives” calls to identify client-specific workflows, prompts, and autonomous agents


• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and autonomous workflows during trial discovery and setup


• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and team members on custom demo flows and demo organization updates


• Troubleshoot permission issues, perform end-user testing, and provide technical support during trial check-ins


• Optimize trials for product adoption
