Job summary

Litify is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the Litify AI practice within Professional Services. You will design and deploy AI agent workflows on Salesforce, own the technical solution, and guide clients from discovery through go-live.

The role demands strong Salesforce expertise, client-facing leadership, and hands-on AI tool experience. You will demo capabilities, translate requirements into designs, and collaborate across sales, engineering and customer success to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with mastery of Flows and automation tooling.
• Ability to translate complex AI architecture for non-technical users.
• End-to-end ownership of technical workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting or client-facing role.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring to their legal workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate into solution designs.
• Build and deploy AI agent workflows on Litify AI Salesforce framework from design to go-live.
• Serve as primary technical advisor on Litify AI capabilities, best practices, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to scope, plan, and deliver AI implementations on time and budget.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align client needs and drive outcomes.
• Define success metrics for deployments and drive adoption to realize value.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation guides for clients and internal use.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering to influence AI roadmap.
