Job summary

Litify is seeking a Solution Architect for the Litify AI team within Professional Services in the United States. You will lead end-to-end AI deployments, designing custom agent workflows on the Salesforce platform and advising clients on best practices and roadmap.

You will work closely with a Project Manager to deliver AI implementations on time and within budget, demo capabilities to clients, and surface feedback to influence the AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with Flows and modern automation tooling.
• Trusted advisor to clients, able to explain AI architecture to non-technical executives.
• Proven ability to own a technical workstream end-to-end in a professional services context.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflow solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring to their legal workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions, documenting client requirements into solution designs.
• Build and deploy AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce-based framework from design to go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients on Litify AI capabilities and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to scope, plan, and deliver AI implementations on time and budget.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on client needs and drive outcomes.
• Define success metrics for deployments and drive adoption to deliver value.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation guides for clients and internal teams.
• Collect client feedback and influence the AI roadmap with product and engineering teams.
