Insight Global is seeking an AI Adoption & Communications Specialist to help employees understand and confidently adopt AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, across a financial services setting. The role emphasizes training, communications, and practical AI use cases, with a focus on learning and collaboration.

The position supports designing engaging learning content, leading sessions, and translating technical concepts for nontechnical staff.

Formación

• Genuine passion for AI and emerging technology with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate complex AI concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience supporting training, change management, or employee enablement initiatives.
• 0–3 years in training, technology adoption, or related areas is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Help employees understand when and how to use approved AI tools in daily work.
• Continuously learn new AI tools and translate knowledge into practical guidance for employees.
• Assist and eventually lead training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Support AI adoption initiatives across One AI, Copilot, and the AI Practice.
• Create engaging content: newsletters, articles, videos, graphics, and job aids.
