Job summary

KellyMitchell Group seeks an AI Enablement Consultant to drive AI adoption and literacy across the business. You will develop engaging learning materials and champion responsible AI usage, including Copilot, while translating complex concepts into actionable content.

You will support the AI Champions program, drive engagement, and enable employees to leverage AI tools effectively in daily work. Hybrid work model in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.
• Experience developing training materials or user guides for diverse audiences.
• Ability to educate and influence stakeholders on new technologies and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support AI literacy, learning, and adoption initiatives across the organization
• Create and maintain AI learning materials, job aids, communications, and user enablement resources
• Educate employees on approved AI tools, responsible AI practices, and opportunities to incorporate AI into daily workflows
• Identify adoption challenges and recommend strategies to increase engagement and utilization
• Coordinate and support the AI Champions network, ensuring effective communication and participation
• Partner with AI Champions to share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned
• Facilitate Champion meetings, communications, events, and engagement activities
• Develop toolkits, resources, and support materials for Champions to guide local teams
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance AI adoption
