Qualifications

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Adoption & Communications Specialist for a top insurance and financial services organization. This individual will help employees understand, engage with, and confidently adopt artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI capabilities.The ideal candidate does not need to be an AI expert but should have a genuine passion for AI and emerging technology, strong curiosity, and a willingness to learn. This person should naturally enjoy exploring new tools, understanding how they work, helping others learn, and finding practical ways technology can improve the way people work.Working within a fast-moving, cross-functional AI Practice, this individual will support training and adoption initiatives, develop engaging communications and learning content, help employees understand when and how to use AI tools, and partner with business stakeholders to identify and promote practical AI use cases. Over time, they will also help lead training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and other employee learning initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from training and adoption, business analysis, communications, marketing, employee enablement, digital media, or a related background who is excited about building their career around AI and emerging technology. This is a full time, permanent role with a salary range of 85k-100k plus 10% bonus, remote in EST/CST hours.

Day-to-Day:

• Help employees understand how, when, and where to use approved AI tools in their day-to-day work
• Continuously learn new AI tools and emerging capabilities and translate that knowledge into practical guidance for employees
• Support and eventually lead training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, webinars, roadshows, and other AI learning events
• Support One AI, Microsoft Copilot, and broader AI Practice training and adoption initiatives
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable guidance for nontechnical employees
• Create newsletters, articles, success stories, presentations, videos, graphics, job aids, and learning resources
• Research emerging AI capabilities and new approaches to content creation, employee communications, training, and learning

Skills and Requirements

• Genuine passion for and interest in AI/emerging technology, with demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and capabilities THIS IS THE BIGGEST MUST HAVE
• Curious, confident, personable, and collaborative; someone who enjoys working with people and helping others learn
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technology or AI concepts into clear, practical content for nontechnical audiences
• 0-3 years experience or demonstrated interest in training, technology adoption, business analysis, communications, marketing, employee engagement, digital media, or a related area
• Exposure to creative or content creation tools, with an interest and willingness to learn new platforms for video, graphics, presentations, and digital learning content
• Hands-on experience experimenting with generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other emerging AI tools
• Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, AI automations, agents, workflows, or other examples demonstrating a genuine interest in AI
• Familiarity with concepts such as generative AI, LLMs, AI agents/agentic AI, prompting, automation, or practical AI use cases
• Experience supporting AI adoption, technology adoption, change management, training, or employee enablement initiatives
• Experience supporting or leading training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, webinars, communities of practice, or engagement campaigns
• Experience creating video, multimedia, presentations, graphics, job aids, or digital learning content
