Qualifications

• -1-3 years of experience in operations, training, customer support, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field.
• -Strong communication and organizational skills.
• -Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• -Comfortable learning new technology platforms.
• -Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user onboarding and training for new software and business tools.
• Support end users during product launches by answering questions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and educational materials.
• Track adoption metrics and user feedback.
• Document common issues, FAQs, and process guides.
• Partner with Product, HR, and Operations teams to improve the user experience.
• Maintain training records, communications, and support documentation.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes.
