Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking an experienced program manager to lead AI adoption initiatives across the last mile network. You will design hands-on experiments, activate a Champion network, and publish practical tips to drive AI into daily work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive the culture shift: design experiments, activate AI Champion network, publish practical tips.
• Build AI tools for each job family and coach owners to build solutions with low-code tools.
• Own use-case intake and prioritization; partner with Orbit and tech teams to build platform capability.
