Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive culture shift: run hands-on experimentation programs and coach a 10-15 person AI Champion network.
• Build organizational self-sufficiency with the right AI tools for each job family; validate use cases and coach owners to build solutions.
• Own the use-case intake and prioritization pipeline; partner with Orbit and other tech teams to build platform capability.
• Define success metrics before building; track adoption, usage, and ROI, and report impact to leadership on a recurring cadence.
• Own the AI Center of Excellence as the organization\'s single source of truth for tools, playbooks, and training.
• Report AI adoption and impact metrics to leadership monthly/quarterly.
