Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced program manager to lead AI adoption across the last mile delivery network. You will design hands-on programs, coach a Champion network, and prioritize use cases with Orbit partnerships to unlock scalable infrastructure.

You will define success metrics, track adoption and ROI, and report progress to senior leadership on a monthly cadence, while building an AI Center of Excellence managed by cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive the AI-everywhere culture shift.
• Build organizational self-sufficiency with the right AI tools for each job family and coach owners to build solutions.
• Own the use-case intake and prioritization pipeline: crowdsource ideas and evaluate impact/effort.
• Define success metrics before building; track adoption, usage, and ROI.
• Own the AI Center of Excellence as the single source of truth for tools, playbooks, and training.
• Report AI adoption and impact metrics to leadership monthly.
