Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead AI adoption across the last mile delivery network. You will design hands-on experiments, coach an AI Champion network, and drive use-case prioritization with Orbit and other tech teams. Focus on adoption, impact measurement, and scalable playbooks.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and reporting progress to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Own AI adoption strategy and drive the "AI-everywhere" culture shift across teams.
Build organizational self-sufficiency with AI tools and coach owners to build solutions.
Manage use-case intake and prioritization with cross-team collaboration.
Define success metrics, track adoption, ROI, and report impact to leadership.
Oversee AI Center of Excellence with tools, playbooks, and training.
