Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Adoption Manager to guide customers from late sales through deployment, training, sustained use, and measurable value in a remote United States setting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Support and Services to diagnose adoption barriers, design adoption plans, and drive measurable outcomes. The role requires travel for on-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in enterprise Customer Success or similar role.
• Experience helping customers change how people work after go-live.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with executives, operational managers, technical teams and front-line users.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Join significant opportunities before signature to understand outcomes, users, sponsors, and adoption requirements.
• Build customer adoption plans covering workflows, training, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and value measures.
• Guide customers through kickoff, deployment, initial use, and integration into normal operations.
• Train and coach users and managers; verify training changes behavior.
• Use product activity and customer conversations to diagnose low usage and adoption barriers.
• Identify risk early and coordinate recovery plans with relevant CAMP teams.
• Document adoption health and customer value for the account team.
