Job summary

ECI is seeking a Program Manager (AI Adoption Service) to serve as a client-facing delivery lead, translating strategy into execution across AI adoption engagements. The role blends program and project management, owning scope, schedule, RAID, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in client-facing PM roles, strong cross-functional coordination, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

The candidate has 5+ years in client-facing PM/Program Manager roles in professional services or consulting.
Demonstrated ability to own day-to-day execution, including scope, schedule, RAID, and deliverables.
Experience coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive decisions and accountability.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, controls, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
Own day-to-day project execution, prioritizing weekly deliverables and actions.
Facilitate client sessions, steering meetings, and status reviews; align IT, security, and governance.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across adoption, architecture, data readiness, and enablement.
Manage delivery calendar for workshops, trainings, and reporting with clear owners.
Produce executive-status updates with risks, decisions, and remediation plans.
