You will partner with Product, Technology, HR, and enterprise AI teams to ensure learning keeps pace with evolving capabilities and translates into sustained changes in how work gets done. The role focuses on strategy, role-based learning, platform adoption, and measuring real impact beyond participation, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, organizational development, learning, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in learning and development, change management, AI transformation, or community management.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based learning across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Own the GD AI learning and capability-building roadmap aligned to the AI strategy and enterprise AI ecosystem.
• Define the AI capabilities expected across different roles and proficiency levels.
• Develop practical role-based learning pathways using self-directed learning, live sessions, hands-on labs, and peer learning.
• Coordinate with enterprise Learning & Development teams and AI platform owners to leverage firmwide content while addressing GD needs.
• Establish and evolve the Global Distribution AI Champions Network with playbooks, cadences, and learning opportunities.
