Job summary

Parts Town Unlimited seeks an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the people side of AI, turning strategy into practical adoption across the organization. You will guide AI Ambassadors, partner with division leaders, and create accountability and playbooks to ensure sustainable usage of AI in teams.

You will translate enterprise priorities into ambassador activities, equip leaders with resources, and track adoption metrics to continuously improve the employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years driving organizational change and technology adoption.
• Experience applying ADKAR or similar change frameworks.
• Comfort with AI technologies and generative AI tools.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a network of AI Ambassadors across divisions and establish operating rhythms.
• Partner with division leaders to align AI priorities with ambassador activities and protections for time/support.
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into practical Ambassador activities, missions, and adoption efforts.
• Equip Ambassadors with playbooks, resources, coaching, and tools for use with their teams.
• Track capability growth, ambassador participation, and adoption barriers to drive action.
